Who is Zeyon?

Zeyon’s mission is to obtain business growth through individual customer service, innovation, and commitment to quality.

Quality, performance, professionalism, and profitability are not our goals – they are our standards. We view ourselves as a team, and we are all working together to create a quality product and to move forward in the industry.

Not everyone can manufacture to ASME code standards, and we do not take our certifications lightly. Quality will take precedence at all times, for all projects.  Zeyon employees take personal pride in their work.

We recognize that our customers, suppliers, employees, and managers must all work together if we are to be successful in our projects. We communicate openly with our customers, work closely with our suppliers, and hold high standards for our production team in order to ensure that each finished product meets your needs and is delivered on time.

Everyone needs to start somewhere. In order to support local high school vocational programs, we have hired and trained students on a regular basis since the late 1970’s. We help young students get their foot in the door, and our training provides them with the experience and tools necessary to start a lifelong career in manufacturing.

Additionally, we actively participate in several educational programs. We have been involved in activities such as assisting a business week competition at Girard High School, being active members of the Erie County Technical and Central High School Welding Committees, and performing various speaking engagements regarding manufacturing across the community. Recently we even helped build a house with Habitat for Humanity (check out some pictures here).

Our preferred non-profit organization is the Erie County Food Bank.

Meet Our Leadership Team

Dianne Gehrlein
Dianne GehrleinPresident/CEO
Dianne has 30 years of hands-on accounting and financial experience at Zeyon. Her extensive background in Project Management makes it easy to communicate with customers and employees alike. Although she takes her responsibilities seriously, she is quick to laugh and loves to have fun with her job.

Steve Zaun
Steve ZaunVice-President / Engineer
Steve started his career at Zeyon 40 years ago as a press brake operator; his drive and self-motivation has enabled him to become an engineer and part owner in Zeyon. Steve’s shop experience is an invaluable asset to our product design. If he’s not in the office, he can probably be found honing his skills out on the golf course.

Noreen McNaughton
Noreen McNaughtonAccounting Manager
Noreen is the backbone of our accounting operations. For over 18 years, Noreen has been consistently working with our suppliers and customers to meet their accounting requirements. She is the favored “voice” of Zeyon, giving our facility the personal touch that our customers love. Stop in on a baked goods day and taste her homemade treats.

Although he lives and works in South Carolina, Steven continues to bring fresh perspectives on information technology, process improvement, and marketing. His witty sense of humor and fun-loving personality bring a welcome atmosphere to our organization.

Shon Martin
Shon MartinQuality Control Manager
Shon is our Quality Control Manager with over 4 years in manufacturing. He studied at the Erie Institute of Technology for machining. At Zeyon he does ASME code and non-code inspections, data packages, and MTR reviews. Outside of work, Shon loves spending time with his wife and two beautiful children.
